Amir worked as a civil engineer for 5 years in Iran before immigrating to Canada. He got his computer science degree from Toronto Metropolitan University(formerly known as Ryerson) and has been working as an application developer/Consultant since 2006. Currently he works as a consultant with Ministry of Natural Resources (Ontario). He has also worked part-time as a Real Estate Agent/Broker since 2009
He's been living with his wife and his son in Richmond Hill, ON since 2010.
He's passionate to help others and strongly believes that honest politicians can make big difference in the lives of their constituents.
He believes that his education and his experience in the fields of Construction, Information Systems and Real Estate can bring new and fresh ideas to the house of commons.
He speaks English, Farsi and a little bit of French.
More importantly he believes that not being affiliated with any political party will make him not to be bound to party policies and can raise the voice of his community in the Parliament of Canada
